• "Goal" means the tasks, objectives, or targets you create and track through our Service
• "Partner" or "Accountability Partner" means individuals you invite to receive notifications about your goal progress
• "Premium Features" means paid functionality requiring an active subscription
• "Service" refers to the Application, website, and related services
• "User-Generated Content" means any content you create, upload, or share through the Service

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• If you are between 13-18, you have parental or guardian consent
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

6. Goal Tracking and Accountability Partners

Goal Data

• You retain ownership of your goal data and personal information
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
• You can delete your goals and data at any time

Accountability Partners

• By adding partners, you consent to sharing your name and goal completion status
• Partners will receive email notifications about your progress
• Partners can unsubscribe from notifications at any time
• You are responsible for obtaining consent before adding someone as a partner
• We are not responsible for partner communications or relationships

7. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Services

Payment Terms

• All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Third-party payment processors (Apple, Google, Qonversion, Stripe) handle billing

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods except as required by applicable law
• Upon cancellation, you lose access to premium features but retain basic functionality

Our Content

• The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, and functionality, is owned by TrioGoals
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected intellectual property
• You may not use our intellectual property without written permission

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create or upload
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service
• You warrant that your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws

Termination by You

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us at support@triogoals.com for good-faith resolution
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding mediation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under JAMS rules

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings.
