Completing Goals

When you complete a goal:

  • Daily/Weekly goals automatically schedule the next occurrence
  • Accountability partners receive notifications

  • You may be prompted to rate the app (after meaningful engagement)

Archiving vs Deleting

  • Archive: Keeps goals in your history but removes from active list
  • Delete: Permanently removes the goal and all its data
Note: Free accounts are limited to 4 active goals. Premium accounts have unlimited goals.

Accountability Partners

What are Accountability Partners?

Accountability partners are people who receive email notifications when you complete goals. They provide motivation, support, and celebration of your achievements.

Adding a Partner

  1. Go to the Accountability Partners screen
  2. Tap "Add Partner"
  3. Enter their name and email address
  4. Send the invitation
  5. They'll receive a verification email
  6. Once verified, they'll get notifications when you complete goals

Email Verification Process

Partners must verify their email address before receiving notifications:

  • Verification email sent immediately after invitation
  • Link expires after a set time period
  • Once verified, partner status changes to "Active"
  • Verified partners receive goal completion emails

Partner Management

  • Active Partners: Verified and receiving notifications
  • Pending Partners: Invited but not yet verified
  • Inactive Partners: Temporarily disabled notifications

Partner Actions:

  • Toggle active/inactive status
  • Delete partner (removes all notifications)

Best Practice: Choose partners who are supportive and genuinely interested in your success. Family members, close friends, or mentors work well.

Unsubscribe Management

Partners can unsubscribe from notifications:

  • 180-day cooling period before re-adding
